College Hill Moravian Church

Music of College Hill

College Hill's music ministry was significantly enriched by the installation in 1993 of a rebuilt pipe organ. Some alterations in the chancel area were required and the project included refurbishing the entire sanctuary. To celebrate the renovations and dedicate the organ, a special service and recital were scheduled to coincide with the church's 106th anniversary in October.

The electronic organ which was replaced now serves the Moravian congregation in Puerto Cabezas, Nicaragua, thanks to the efforts of Larry Palmer. Music and Moravians continue to be an inseparable combination.
